Alongside the 2019-2027 EU youth policy cooperation strategy, focusing on ENGAGE – CONNECT – EMPOWER, “ViRALS: VIRTUAL IMMERSIVE ARTS LEARNING SYSTEM” is an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership in the field of Youth with the aim of developing a dedicated Framework of digital networking competencies for youth, as well as an Online academy for youth workers and young people involved in creativity and arts. Including a blended learning course for youth workers on digital networking competencies & Distance-based coaching for the co-creation of distance-based cooperation projects by young creatives and artists. Not the least the project will rely on the “CreApp”: an APP that connects young artists and youth workers through their projects to simplify the way collaborations are disseminated, browsed, created and developed.
Finally, during the past 23rd and 24th of March 2022 the kick-off meeting the project ViRALS took place in Lund, Sweden and in this occasion, the 6 project Partners were able to discuss in detail all the next planned activities and digital tools that will be soon available for young and emerging artists & creatives as well as for Youth Yorkers.
