LEARNING, TEACHING, TRAINING ACTIVITY IN ANKARA (TURKEY)
On 8TH -13rd May 2023, VIRALS project partners have gathered in Ankara (Turkey) for a learning, and training activity related to the “Blended Training Mobility for Youth Workers”. A total of 22 participants among youth workers and artist from Sweden, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Finland and Turkey have been train each other in using materials prepared for VIRALS training blended learning course for youth workers where have shared good practices for online youth work.
Highlighting the 8 topics worked during the four days:
CONTACT-MAKING, SEARCH FOR COMPETENCIES, TEAM WORK BUILDING, ROLES & TASK DEFINITION, TIME PLANNING, RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, DIGITAL TOOLS USAGE &INCLUSION OF PEOPLE WITH FEWER OPPORTUNITIES IN ONLINE NETWORKING.

The VIRALS partners have developed a dynamic educational framework for youth workers and young creatives and artists on digital networking.
The report features these main elements:
- European background on the status and activities with and for young creatives and artists, and how networking has been enhanced in Europe
- A map of creative hubs/encountering places to facilitate networking and creative expression
- The current state-of-art in each country part of ViRALS research
- The results from the discussion with young artists/creatives from all over Europe
- A strategic framework to improve networking through digital means
